I don't have any problems with mail sent directly to me, so long as you
copy the newsgroup as well.  That makes it easier if I don't get to my
mail for some time for you to get an answer from someone other than me.

If it's not on the Enterprise Manager CD, then I would try one of two
things.  Call Support and ask for it, or alternatively, see if you can
download it off http://technet.oracle.com.  You'll need an account for
technet, but they're free and available from the same URL.
