OBJECT DEFINITIONS!

1)
i have the definitions of some objects ( table, view, procedure, function) in the data base. if i don't have the script that was used to create these objects, is there an easy way to re-create the script from the definitions available in the db.

2) when i select a LONG field, only a part of the value is displayed on screen. how could i display the whole value??
