Suggest you get a copy of Oracle Backup & Recovery by Velpuri and also contact Oracle support on this one.
I havent actually had to recover from this situation but I believe the way forward will be to remove any reference to the rollback segment in your init.ora file and also you will probably have to offline the datafile. You should be able to create a new datafile and new rollback segments. However if the database was shutdown abort, then the rollback segments in the datafile that was lost are likely to contain active extents needed for recovery, so you will have a problem.

Once you get it sorted I definitely suggest that you back up all your datafiles inc rollback regularly - again get a good book at that stage such as Velpuri's.
