I recently downloaded the win32 7.3 ODBC drivers for Oracle and in the
readme it says I must first install 2.3.x version of sqlnet. There is no
link to the file in the same download area, nor is there a link referenced
in the readme and after searching for nearly an hour I decided to cry for
help. Does anyone know where I can download sqlnet? I downloaded the ODBC
driver from oracle-ftp.oracle.com anonymously and would need to download
sqlnet from somewhere that does not require a u&p.
