I've installed Oracle 8.0.5 on a linux Redhat 6.0. I didn't install the server part of Oracle as I needn't. Everything was right during the process of install.

But, sqlplus can't work properly: segmentation fault (core dumped). All the ORACLE variables are set.

This is the same for any binaries coming with oracle client software and sqlplus.

Do you have an idea ?

Where can I find oracle 8.1.5 for Linux ?

Thanks for your help,
Anne.
