Application Server, Service pack 3

Hello Everybody,



I had problems starting the Oracle Application Server 4.07 with service
pack 4 loaded on my server.  When I downgraded to service pack
3 I was able to get the Applictaion server started.



Does anybody know a fix to this problem?
