Hello, try this...

  1. Shut down the Oracle Instance
  2. Locate the /orant/database/'password_file'

        --you should rename this file, (something similar to original name...)

3) run ORAPWD80.EXE (to create new password file)

        --add password that you want to be INTERNAL password

this will update the oracle internal psswd.
