I think that you are asking if the maxextents value on the tables can be changed at the ORACLE level. The PS defaults are too low once tables are created. (You can easily change the maxextent values in PS date designer and this will only change the tables defintion in PeopleSoft. That will not affect the table's ability to go beyond the original Oracle definition). You want to change that paramter without recreating the table. I am at home right now and don't have my dba manuals, but I believe it's something like "alter table TABLENAME set maxextents = somenumber". If that does not work you will have to recreate the table.
