Hi Ferran,

the reason for this problem is that the installer sets wrong permissions for the listener executable and the log directory.

You need to correct them this way:

• Shutdown the listener
• Delete the log files from $ORACLE_HOME/network/log
• chown oracle.dba $ORACLE_HOME/network/log
• chmod 755 $ORACLE_HOME/network/log
• chown oracle.dba $ORACLE_HOME/bin/tnslsnr
• chmod 750 $ORACLE_HOME/bin/tnslsnr

and everything should run smoothly.
