Cannot tell you about ODBC, sorry. See Control Panel:ODBMS Administrator, maybe.

Here's how I get the SQLNet version: I start lsnrctl utility and type "version". You'll have something similar to

    TNS for Solaris: Version 2.3.3.0.0 - Production Note that you can have several versions of SQLNet running on the same box. The one you are connected to is the one pointed to by ORACLE_HOME.

Another way is to start orainst and see what's installed. It will say something
like "SQLNet Version 2.2.3.0.0 (Client/Server)".

I mainly use the latter way for installation/configuration taks.
