Guru Question: Change Forms5 SYSTEM_EDITOR?

When you assign the SYSTEM_EDITOR to a field in Forms5, then on runtime
CTRL+E will call Windows NOTEPAD. Is there any registry key, or other way
that I can change so that the editor called is other than NOTEPAD (Wordpad
for instance).
