Mobile Agent & Administration Web Server

On NT4 SP5 with Oracle8 V8.0.5:

I've installed Mobile Agent but I was unable to use the Administration Web Server for Message Gateway.
Using the defaukt port 3080, I launch netscape with http://127.0.0.1:3080 but nothing appears.

The Oracle Mobile service omawebsa is currently running but when using netstat I can see that nobody is listening on port 3080...
