I have the same problem. I've installed NT SP5 + OAS 407 + yt40.dll patch and it still gives the OWS-20214 OrB not starting error.

It is strange that when I applied the patch, it worked fine,

but I've rebooted the machine, and tried to start again, and
doesn't work anymore... now even if I reinstall the patch, it
doesn't work...

I've tried to configure hosts, but it didn't solve either...

Any suggestion ?
