Personal or Server ...
Yesterday I swapped my company laptop and was forced to install Oracle Lite,
because that was the only version the helpdesk had available.
Oracle Lite uses (yek) ODBC as driver, and you don't seem to able to use
multiple schema's, and any other non-Oracle Lite product.
It uses all the Oracle 7 stuff, it should have anything to do with Oracle 8
This is only after a half hour of experience: got an emergency call in the
process.
Luckily someone turned up with a CD with the full product, and this time Oracle 8, which I installed immediately.
