Is PL/SQL enough? I haven't used it much, but can one execute from a webserver?

Anyways, given the same requirement, I would just use Active Server Pages and Oracle/ODBC. Without ASP, maybe just use Perl?

Despite all the buzzwords in the 'Web Design' community, all you need for dynamic web pages is a language which allows standard out & standard in.
