i'm trying to use webdb to connect to a database on the same computer, but
when i try to connect i get a login error:
TNS could not resolve service name



Verify that the TNS name in the connectstring entry of the DAD for this URL
is valid.



what should this value (TNS name/connectstring) be?  is it the service name?
