dynamic report using webdb

OK,
I have looked and tried a lot, but I still cannot get it to work

I want to create a dynamic pages where the user can select a department from scott.dept using a combobox, push the button and a report should be shown with all the employees from this department.

How can I pass a variable to my SQL statement between the <ORACLE> tag

Any help would be welcome
