ERROR: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

I used "orapwd73 file=d:\orant\database\pwdorcl.ora password=password" to change my internal password. After that, when I reboot the machine, ORACLE becomes not available. I got the error:

         "ERROR: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-09243: smsget: error attaching to SGA
OSD-04101: invalid SGA: SGA not initialized
O/S-Error: (OS 203) The system could not find the environment
         option that was entered."

when I tried to use SQL/PLUS. I have to use svrmgr23 connect as internal and startup the database.

Does someone know why it happens? Does it because I did not change the internal password correctly? How to solve the problem?

Thanks for your help.
