Hmm. You need to be a bit careful here, because the question can be answered in two ways. If you're asking can I create multiple databases, each with it's own instance, then the answer is yes. If you're asking can I create multiple instances pointing to a single database, then again the answer is yes, but this approach requires Parallel Server, which is an add on option. You may or may not be licensed for it.
