LOV and Web deployment

We've deployed our forms developed with forms 5.0.6.16 on the web with DEV 20000 server 2.1, ORA Web App Server 3.0.1.1, and jinitiator 1.1.7.11. --- NT 4, ORACLE 8.0.4
Everything works and looks fine except when we try to go into a list of values screen. The LOV screen is never displayed and we can't get anything else working after that.
Has someone come across something like this and found a solution?
