Ballpark cost of Bronze Level Support?

I've been trying to get a ballpark figure on the yearly bronze level support cost of an Oracle server for a small installation (10 users. 5 internal via ODBC and 5 web via JDBC
connection broker).

So far I've received two conflicting answers from Oracle. One stated that the cost of support was equal to the cost of buying it. 2 x $1895 (5 user license) = $3790 per year. $3790 seems a smidge high for yearly support for a small 10 user setup.

Another query returned the response that bronze level support was $120 per year. Way low unless it's per user then ($1200).

Can anyone give me a ballpark guess as
to what bronze support costs after the inital first year runs out?

I'm going to take another run at talking to a real person on the phone but I always get the feeling that these sales droids are making numbers up on the spot <g>.

This is for Oracle8i on Linux BTW

Thanx
Todd
