Hi,

I am working under the following environment:

Oracle version: 8.0.5
Platform : HP K420
Memory : 1 GB

I have the following error message after I had done with import utility. Those message were written at the end of the import log file. Those tables were exported from Oracle 7.3.2 .
....
....

IMP-00044: unable to allocate enough memory for statement IMP_00021: operating system error - error code (dec 2, hex 0xC)
""

IMP-00044: unable to allocate enough memory for statement IMP_00021: operating system error - error code (dec 2, hex 0xC)
""

""

IMP-00044: unable to allocate enough memory for statement IMP_00021: operating system error - error code (dec 2, hex 0xC)
""

Import terminated successfully with warnings ...
...

I checked the tables which were imported, and those are OK!

And I tried once again after I changed some configuration values of initXXXX.ora.
Because I thought that memory allocation could be the problem.

Before change : SGA = 628 MB
After change : SGA = 820 MB

However, after memory allocation for SGA, the same situation occured.

Does anybody have ideas related to IMP-00044?

Thanks in advance?
