I think all the players in the backup software market have an oracle backup/recover agent as part of their backup system, which work with either/both EBU and RMAN, so hit the various web sites for more details.

You might also want to look at a package like BMC's SQL-BackTrack to manage the backups. (http://www.bmc.com). Usual disclaimers apply (no personal interest in the recommendation, just impressed by their software).
