unable to attach sga

Hi gurus,

I'm trying to configure the parameter shared_pool = 200000000, the shell parameter shmmax is 587202560. The environment is SunOS 5.6 with oracle 7.3.2.2.0 and I receive the following message:

ORA-07307: sms1sg: shmat error, unable to attach sga. SVR4 Error: 22: Invalid argument

What should I do ?
Is there any problem between the SunOS and the release of Oracle ?
