Tribune Information Systems and Tribune Interactive Media in partnership with our user community is implementing key strategic core and distributed applications as part of our Information Technology Strategic Plan. This plan outlines a long-range blueprint for use of information distributed applications as a competitive edge in the marketplace and to position us as a dominant market force by the turn of the century. Part of the strategy involves building a set of new integrated applications encompassing leading edge technology. Our infrastructure includes the latest mainframes, NT and UNIX servers, and PC workstations. Applications include Oracle, Sybase, PeopleSoft, StoryServer, Novell, Java, and Cisco router, as well as a full suite of Microsoft products. ALL Position are located in Downtown Chicago unless otherwise noted.
