please help me trouble shoot WEB APPLICATION SERVER IT'S URGENT

HI this is nooruddin!

I'm having memory problems and security problems with web application server 3,

I want others to allow run procedures that are on my computer

without any need for passwords but i'm not able to do so.

can any one help me solve the problem.

When ever other people try to access my web page they are prompted for passwords and i want ot remove that security check

for all users.
