I think one was in the 8.1.5 readme.doc under $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/doc Another may have been in Precompiler manual

Any that I have seen have been in the genuine, public, Oracle distrbution - trouble is I've already read 6,500 pages of that (only another 13,400 to go) so I've lost track of which manual said what.
