SQL*NET V2 Lite for DOS

Hi...

A while back I saw a posting for SQL*Net V2 for DOS. I've looked everywhere for the binaries. Can someone point me in the right direction please!? We are wanted to convert/migrate a 7.1.6 database to 7.3.4, but the 7.1.6 database still has a DOS clipper applicaion accessing. So, while that's being rewritten (which could take forever) I would still want that app to access the "new" 7.3.4 version of the database.
