You hdve to clean your package specification from some mistakes O7 works but
O8 shows error.
1. When you use description of type of parameter at the call of procedure.
2. When you define a type after you use it.

full backup useless for upgrade. But it's not bad to have it if you deside
return to O7.
Make export/import.
