DBF to Oracle

Does anybody have any ideas on how to import a DBF file into an oracle table? I am using a small tool that converts the DBF file to plain ascii and loads it into oracle using SQL*Loader but which takes very long.

I heard about a tool called dbf2ora to load dbf's directly into the database but as far as I know it only exists for unix, or is there a PC version as well?

Kind regards,
