RMAN and OS backups with only one DLT ??

How would you use RMAN to backup your databases and also your Unix OS during the same routine??

My problem is I only have 1 DLT backup device and I'm just getting used to RMAN backups. We don't have any operators to switch out tapes. I'm currently backing up to disk and backing up the rman output along with the OS. I can get RMAN to backup to tape with no problems.

Any ideas???
