NT Server and domain !

I still have a problem to start the listener and the agent on windows nt
server , it seems to be a bp of protocol TCP. because when i don't put it in
the listener.ora it works. I am on win NT server but configured as a
workstation on a domain. Do i need to be controler of the domain, do i need
dns server ?


I can't understand why it doesnt' work do you know some troubleshooting on
TCP/IP protocol on Oracle 8 ?
