I went through the export file and actually found the characters that made
the import wizard think it was a delimiter between two users.
I thought that Oracle didn't have these bugs anymore. This occurred in a
text field in one of the rows and the parser failed.
Well, anyway, if any of you run into this found the row in the dmp file that caused the parser cut the users and everything should work fine
