Help on using TCP/IP loopback on NT

Could someone help me with the following.

I installed an oracle instance on my local NT-server PC. To use the OEM I had to install the TCP/IP loopback adapter because I have no network. I choose a IP adres and all worked fine.

BUT when I try to use the internet I cannot find any sites, until I take away my IP adress, but then the OEM doesn't work.

Does someone know what to do?

Thanks,
Peter.
