Hi Jose,
This is a very weird problem, especially for the mixture of English and Spanish messages. Could you first of all try to unset or set NLS_LANG to American_America.WE8ISO8859P1. Setting an environment variable is sufficient, otherwise change the reg key in HKLM\Software\Oracle.
Could you also verify or simply rerun
%ORACLE_HOME%\rdbms80\admin\catexp.sql
to make sure your export views are correct. This needs to be done in svrmgr30.
Finally an anecdote. A few years ago I was working for an American firm producing CAD software. A bug was reported in the Greek version in their product. They we're unable to resolve it, but we did: EMEA Headquarters was capable of running that product on Windows 95 Greek, which allowed us to reproduce and resolve the issue.
