Hi group ... I'm a Informix DBA with decent amount
of experience that's coming to the Oracle camp.



Any helpful hints appreciated ... esp. locations
of good white papers. 



I've ordered a number of OReilly books, surfed 
technet.oracle.com, played with sample scripts 
from ORacle DBA friend as well as Oreilly scripts
book, etc.
