Oracle pricing question

OK, before I go to Oracle sales, let me get some input from the world:

If I understand the Oracle store website correctly, and I want to run Oracle 8i, with a Java VM, and I want a set of "standard" management tools to manage locks, etc. I need to purchase the following:

Oracle 8i:	$1375 (USD)
JServer:	$ 877
Std. Mgmt. Pack:$ 202
                -----
		$2454 for 5 users

or $490 for per user!

Ok, I do not need the management pack for the user community, but my cost per user is still $450.
