newbie needs EBU help

I have just installed the EBU that comes with 7.3.4 and am trying to
configure it and the Documentation is very cryptic about how to create a
catalog. I created a new database to house the catalog but how do I
actually create it.


Also the scripts to create the register look pretty simple but is it
really just that.
