Powerbuilder has always been very critical about different sqlnet versions.
By default it doesn't use the native Oracle drivers. You may not have
installed them. Please consult the Powerbuilder docs, for me it is too long
ago I have been exposed to Powerbuilder to help you out.
The other option you have is ODBC, but then you will still need the Oracle
2.5.xx ODBC driver and sqlnet.
