Since I'm not a SPAMMER, I can only speculate.
There are at least possible explanations.
1) At the risk of giving way too much credit to the SPAMMERs,
these could be like coupon ID#s to they can track which list
produced the better results.
2) Some folks use s/w filters to weed out duplicated messages.
Now if every message has a slightly different "random" string
at the end of it, these SPAMs might not trigger the filter.
