Can't start the "orb" of OAS 407 with Oracle 805 on NT4 Server(SP4)?

I'd install the OAS 407 with Oracle 805 EE on the sanme NT4 machine. When I want to start the "orb"
service, the system apppear this message "ORB is not responding. Please restart manually...". Do you
