bepper trigger??

Hi,

I am running oracle developer 2000 v 5.0. I was wondering is there any trigger or if some one has a piece of code.. that will let me beep a particular person right from the form.

The issue is this.. If there arises an emergency, and the helpdesk person enters the information, and I am not in the office to answer calls, there should be a way,,, by which she can press a button on the form and it will beep me..

Any help will be appreciated
