About OracleTNSListener80 failed.....

My computer operation system is "NT Workstation 4.0" without Netcard.
In Control Panel -> NetWork only install TCP/IP.
After install Oracle 8.0.5,database startup has no question.
But the OracleTNSListener80 can't startup in Service of Control Panel.
Even if execute the OracleTNSListener80 in manual,it's useless.



What instance does I omit?
