What version Oracle for Netware?
If free version (8.0.3 for 5 users) - this version work only ONE instanse You need modify init.ora file in %ORACLE_HOME%\DATABASE and shutdown/startup with this profiles.

You have variant - drop's demo user and create you personal objects
