Oracle 8i newbie needs help on deploying helloworld sample

Hi all,
I've just installed Oracle 8i (rel. 8.1.5) on my NT box and I'd like to deploy and run helloworld sample.

I run the makeit script, but I got the following error: ...
c:\oracle8i\EJBs\samples\helloworld>call deployejb -republish -temp mp -u scott -p tiger -s sess_iiop://localhost:2481:ORCL -descriptor hello.ejb server.jar

Cannot connect to service: sess_iiop://localhost:2481:ORCL

and of course if I try to use sess_sh I get the following error C:\>sess_sh -u scotty -p tiger -s sess_iiop://localhost:2481:ORCL

Cannot connect to service: sess_iiop://localhost:2481:ORCL

I think I've got some problem with listeners. If i go to the control panel, I can seee the following Oracle svcs running: OracleOraHome81TNSListener
OracleServiceORCL

What must I do?
