Yes. Install access under win95 and the ODBC client driver supplied with the
server
or download it from technet.oracle.com. Dont install the ODBC driver since
it
isn't neccessary in this case

The NT does not need anything added to it. Think of ODBC as a gateway
installed on the client to access the server. ODBC will need sqlnet
installed
on the client since it ultimately makes call to the sqlnet layer to contact
the server.
