Ok let me tell you how i did... do a standard installation as usual and when you 've finished just copy all the "bin" directory fromwhere you install (CD-ROM,tape,...) to your ORACLE_HOME/bin. You will be able to use these pre_linked binaries without problem...well , you will not be able to relink them in the future but this is not a daily operation.
