Stored Procedure challenge

As you know, until Oracle 8i procedures always executes stored procedures with
the privileges of the owner of the procedure, not with the privileges of the invoking id.

There is a very simple way of bending this rule. Who (apart from Thomas Kyte) knows what it is ?
