I have installed oracle 7.3.4 (no errors in *.log), but when starting up,
these errors show:
svrmgr>connect
connected to an idle instance
svrmgr>startup
ORA -01012 - not logged on
2. time:
LCC-0061 Oracle erroe (possible syntax error) ORA-01031 insuficient priv.
