Oracle 7.3.4 Installation Failure

Hello,

Does anyone ever come across this error message when installing Oracle 7.3.4? I've not selected Pro*C in my oracle installer and this message appear? Is this a bug 'cos even selecting the PROC* option in the installer I also received this message! Is this an ORACLE Bug?

Please help? Thanks
